Return and Refund Policy
At EcoNest Cart, we strive to ensure you have a great shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully.
1. Order Cancellation
As stated in our FAQ, you may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.

If the order has already been processed or shipped after the 12-hour window, we will not be able to cancel it.
2. Eligibility for Returns
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging (including all accessories, manuals, and free gifts).

The request must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date.

A valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice) must be provided.
3. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To protect both our customers and our business, an unboxing video is mandatory for claiming returns regarding damaged, defective, or missing items.

The video must show the sealed package being opened from start to finish without any cuts or edits.

It must clearly show the shipping label and the condition of the product inside.

Claims for damaged or missing items without a valid unboxing video will unfortunately not be entertained.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons:

Personal care items, massagers, or intimate gadgets (unless they arrive functionally defective).

Products purchased during clearance or flash sales.

Gift cards.
5. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

Email us at econestcart@gmail.com with the subject line "Return Request - Order #[Your Order Number]".

Include the reason for the return and attach the unboxing video and clear photographs of the product.

Our support team will review your request within 24-48 business hours.

If approved, we will organize a reverse pickup. In rare cases where reverse pickup is unavailable at your pin code, you may be asked to ship the item back to our facility, and we will reimburse standard shipping costs.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Prepaid Orders: If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For COD orders, we cannot refund cash. We will request your UPI ID or Bank Account details via your registered email/phone number to process the refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the transfer to reflect in your account.

Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the exact same product, please send us an email at econestcart@gmail.com along with your unboxing video.
